Yoga Nidra- A meditation technique from India that is currently being used to assist US Army soldiers to recover from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and chronic pain management. Yoga Nidra allows clients to consciously access theta brainwaves for healing.
Somatic Therapy- a form of body-centered therapy that looks at the connection of mind and body and uses both psychotherapy and physical therapies for holistic healing.
Trauma Coaching- trauma education & goal setting.
Combination of talk therapy, meditation, mindfulness and safe touch massage therapy in private one-on-one sessions to promote holistic healing and release trauma from the tissues of the physical body.
